Main Job Responsibilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and trend forecasting abilities
- Prepares and administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the used-vehicle sales department.
- Negotiate with dealers and wholesalers for the best price
- Determine prices for used vehicles based on the market trend
- Set sales goals for your team.
- Oversee the sales staff, helping them meet monthly goals and encouraging leadership development within your team
