  • 15+ years of used cars in progressively responsible selling, evaluating & purchasing experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in used car market analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales and trend forecasting abilities
  • Prepares and administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the used-vehicle sales department.
  • Negotiate with dealers and wholesalers for the best price
  • Determine prices for used vehicles based on the market trend
  • Set sales goals for your team.
  • Oversee the sales staff, helping them meet monthly goals and encouraging leadership development within your team
  • Prepares and administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the used-vehicle sales department.
